By downloading or using Kcaloi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Kcaloi provides AI-assisted nutrition tracking, including photo-based food analysis, logging, reporting, and goal coaching. Kcaloi is an informational tool and is not a medical device.

Nutrition estimates and recommendations are provided for general informational purposes and may be inaccurate. Kcaloi does not provide medical, nutritional, or health advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have a medical condition.

Kcaloi offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable Pro subscriptions at $9.99/month or $59.99/year. Free accounts include 3 AI scans each month; Pro unlocks unlimited AI scans and the full experience. Barcode scanning, the food database, saved foods, and manual entry are free for all accounts.

The App Store purchase sheet displays your exact billed amount and billing period before confirmation. Apple grants introductory free trials per Apple Account, so trial eligibility depends on your account: if a trial applies, payment is charged when it ends; otherwise payment is charged at confirmation. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid renewal.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
• Payments are processed by Apple under the App Store terms.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

Kcaloi, its design, software, and content are owned by us and protected by law. You retain ownership of the content you create (such as your food photos and logs) and grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update the service or these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
